Situated on a prominent site at the corner of 59th and Lancaster, the Workforce Development Center includes a 7,500 square foot retail space and 1,500 square feet of offices for the local community development organization. Friday prepared several design options before arriving at the final scheme, which draws inspiration from the adjacent commercial strip to create a simple design parti.
